Milanote for Claude ("the connector") is an internal tool operated by Atomica Studio for members of Atomica Studio and Reverse Studio.
When you connect, you sign in with Google. The connector requests only your basic profile: your name, email address and whether Google has verified it, plus your Workspace domain. It uses them to check that you belong to an allowed organization and to record who made each change. It requests no access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data.
The connector reads and changes Milanote boards on your request, through a shared Milanote account, and passes the content to Claude in your conversation. It does not keep copies of board content beyond short-lived caches in memory. Claude's handling of your conversations is governed by your organization's agreement with Anthropic.
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising. The connector's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect at any time in Claude, and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. For questions, or to have your data removed, contact your organization's administrator.
